Healthy nails make a big difference in how dogs and cats feel day to day. Our Nail Trim Service is designed to keep things simple, comfortable, and centered around the pet in front of us.
There’s no need to choose a specific trim style when booking. Our experienced TGS Certified Pet Nail Technicians will assess your pet’s comfort, nail condition, and tolerance and use the method that makes the most sense for them.
For dogs, we often clip first and then grind if they tolerate it. This helps us safely get closer to the quick while smoothing out sharp edges, which means less scratching and better protection for nail beds. For cats, we keep things simple with clip-only trims. Because cat nails are much thinner, grinding isn’t appropriate or necessary.
We're always prepared with plenty of treats and a patience-first approach to help make nail trims a positive experience. Services are performed by experienced TGS Certified Pet Nail Technicians who know how to read body language, move at your pet’s pace, and adjust as needed to keep things calm and safe.

Puppies, Seniors, and First-Time Nail Trims
We’re happy to work with puppies, senior pets, and those who are still learning that nail trims aren’t so scary. Some pets may benefit from shorter, more frequent visits as they build comfort and confidence, and that’s completely okay. Our goal is long-term success, not rushing through the process.
Reactive or Nervous Dogs
Reactive dogs are welcome here. If your dog is more comfortable avoiding close encounters with other pets, you’re welcome to enter through our back door for nail trim appointments. Just let us know when you arrive or note it when booking, and we’ll help make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Booking Notes
• Dogs may receive clipping, grinding, or a combination, depending on tolerance
• Cats receive clip-only trims
• Not all pets tolerate grinding, and that’s completely okay

Optional Tip
You’ll see an optional “Add a Tip” option when booking. Tips are never expected but are always appreciated as a way to support our passionate, patient, and caring team members.
